Running July to June, Vision builders is our annual giving initiative that provides an opportunity for people to be able to financially partner with Hope Village Church beyond the tithe by giving in an intentional offering or pledge to see the vision of the Church advance through the buying and fit-out of buildings, the resourcing of new locations as well as other ground taking, kingdom establishing campaigns.
At the heart of Vision Builders is a desire for givers to be able to partner with us financially so we are positioned to be able to occupy buildings across the greater Seattle area so that the people of our magnificent city are able to be transformed by the power of Christ as they plant themselves in the local church.
It is a partnership between ordinary people and an extraordinary purpose that has an eternal impact.
VISION BUILDERS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
HOW CAN I GIVE TO VISION BUILDERS?
People are able to make a specific Vision Builder offering or make an annual pledge commitment anytime.
To make a one-off offering: Follow the prompts after clicking on the following link > Hope Village Church - Giving.
- Enter the amount you want to donate.
- Select the 'Vision Builder campaign' fund.
- In the 'frequency' drop-down menu select 'one time'.
- Ensure the payment method is updated.
To make a pledge: Participate in Vision Builders by pledging a financial commitment over the year. You can do this by determining a total amount you pledge throughout the year to give weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly schedules.

- Select the 'Vision Builder' campaign fund.
- In the 'frequency' drop-down menu select 'regularly'.
- determine with what regularity you want to give and on what day/date you want it taken.
- Ensure the payment method is updated.
2. Fill out this pledge form with your information and one of our team members will be in contact to assist you.
As people make a pledge to Vision Builders, we will always encourage people to prayerfully consider giving a ‘first fruits’ offering of the amount upfront to establish the commitment by breaking ground into the ‘sacrificial’ offering that this kingdom advancing giving initiative gives. First fruits refer to the amount given on commitment day rather than the entire pledge amount. (I.e Pledge 10,000, First fruits $1,000, Monthly giving towards remaining pledge of $9,000 would be $750 x 12 months)
HOW MUCH SHOULD I GIVE / PLEDGE TO VISION BUILDERS?
Before making a Vision Builders commitment we will always encourage people to prayerfully consider the level of giving that they feel is appropriate for them and their family, based on wisdom and faith. The philosophy of Vision Builders is that together we all give through equal sacrifice, not equal giving.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF SETTING UP RECURRING GIVING FOR VISION BUILDERS?
Your obedience, faith, and generosity with the giving of your finances build the local church, so if you are ever out of town or forget to give, you can be confident that you are still on pace to fulfill your commitment.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT FULLY FULFILLED MY PLEDGE FROM LAST YEAR?
We encourage you to keep your commitment to last year’s pledge. You can make a recommitment and include last year’s leftover pledge amount in this year's amount.
